The Leading Hotels of the World at Le Royal Beirut

Le Royal has always been proud as a member of the Leading Hotels of the World (LHW). Every year, the luxury property hosts an LHW roadshow which attracts the finest LHW hotels around the world and top-level travel agencies and key players in the field in order to explore new synergies in the tourism industry.

“As LHW is becoming more selective in who is a member, it is retaining only the finest hotels around the globe, several of which will be present at this year’s roadshow in Lebanon” says Joyce Mouawad, Director of Sales & Marketing at Le Royal, Lebanon’s first property in LHW. The showcase and dinner took place at Le Royal’s Pearl Ballroom and Diwan Shahrayar on Thursday 23 February 2017 from 7.30-11.30 pm will feature representatives from luxury international LHW hotels in Brazil, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Lebanon, Monaco, Spain, Switzerland and the US.

Very notable names such as Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes, Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo, La Réserve Genève Hotel, Spa & Villa, Hôtel Plaza Athénée New York and The Ritz London will be present at the prestigious event. “All the LHW hotels are offering exceptional experiences and creating positive emotions for clients” says Mouawad, highlighting the importance of such an approach in the luxury market. “They go far beyond five star facilities to focus on human behavior and interaction combined with professionalism and savoir faire.”

Le Royal Beirut has always looked forward to hosting this unique event in Lebanon, and this year’s LHW Roadshow promises to be a very special one indeed. The properties will showcase their very best offerings and will no doubt provide hosted travel agencies and travel industry experts at the event with unparalleled opportunities to build new partnerships. In this respect Le Royal has helped put Lebanon on the luxury map and will continue to promote this important segment on the global travel stage.
